I entered IT from a technical support desk at Teamnet, where I managed enterprise incidents and wrote knowledge bases to solve problems before they appeared. It was 2010. I understood then that the most valuable work is the one that eliminates work.

The next 12 years I spent at the intersection of business and technology: I implemented ERP at WindSoft for 8 years across dozens of transport companies — from analysis and specs, to go-live and training. At iBee I delivered cloud solutions for 6 different verticals: retail, HORECA, warehouse, cosmetics. At theMarketer I coordinated development for a SaaS marketing automation platform used by enterprise companies. Every project taught me the same thing: companies lose time and money on processes that can be automated — but nobody showed them how.

SmartWork Together emerged from constructive frustration. I saw Romanian companies with 20–50 employees losing hours daily to manual follow-ups, reports copied from Excel, emails written by hand. The tools existed. What was missing was someone to integrate them into their real workflow, with Saga or SmartBill, with WhatsApp and their people.

Today SmartWork Together does exactly that. And because the best argument is a live demonstration, I built Alex — an autonomous AI assistant that manages my CRM, generates technical specs, monitors my inbox and posts on social media, with an approval layer via Telegram. Alex is not a product for sale. It's proof that what I deliver to clients actually works.
